This winter maternity session at Gibson Ranch took place during golden hour and carried gently into blue hour, when the sky softened into beautiful layers of color. Even with shorter winter evenings, this location offers open space and glowing light that photographs beautifully right up until sunset.

The mama wore one of my studio gowns from my client closet, paired with her own outfit for variety. We also incorporated meaningful personal details, including ultrasound photos, to document this season of anticipation in a natural and heartfelt way.
